Job Description

We have a successful 100+ year old, $65M organization in need of an ambitious and experienced SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER for their mechanical & electromechanical products & systems.  

This organization manufactures low volume – high mix critical products for Defense, Aerospace and Commercial Aviation requirements.   

 

You will “own” a product portfolio – managing full life cycle for multiple programs of all Manufacturing / Production needs: maximize manufacturing, assembly & test workflow, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, tooling recommendations & process improvement, WIP.  

 

 

Able to collaborate and interface with Quality, Engineering and R&D teams on NPI / NPD / DFM requirements.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Degreed with 5 years minimum MECHANICAL / ELECTRO-MECHANICAL experience
  • Improve manufacturing line processes and procedures, Continuous improvement, LEAN, Root Cause etc…
  • US Citizenship REQUIRED


LOCATION: Santa Rosa – San Francisco region
