GNR has been exclusively retained to identify a CORPORATE COUNSEL, CONTRACTS for a publicly owned & rapidly growing organization that manufactures electronic products for Commercial & Defense customers.

This new role is open due to restructuring of their Space & Satellites group! We need a strong leader to with in-depth experience with Federal Government Contracts. In this “highly visible” position, you will report to the Chief Legal Executive and partner with Compliance & Sales teams overseeing all complex Proposals & Contracts.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

We need a leader and “team player” that can collaborate & engage with all departments and levels
Experience with FAR / DFAR / Government requirements, DCAA & DCMA
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience + Juris Doctorate / Legal Degree
US Citizenship & DoD clearable required

OFFERING: Attractive base salary + bonus + stock offerings

Work REMOTE with some travel ~ 10% to sites as needed
