Job Description
GNR has been retained to identify AVIATION / AEROSPACE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for this large, multi-billion-dollar international SEATTLE based organization is aggressively growing its US presence.
We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused individual that brings an in-depth AVIATION background to be responsible for growing & managing key accounts for both COMMERCIAL & DEFENSE aviation customers.
- Play a significant role in collaborating with the Executive team to create a game plan to capture new business.
- Must have proven sales/business development experience for Aircraft / Aerospace products: structures, components, interiors, electronics, mechanical systems, electro-mechanical, composites, materials, rotorcrafts, engines etc…
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ability to think strategically and tactically execute on the new pursuit
- Work with PM’s to ensure program requirements & delivery times meet / exceed expectations
- BS/MS degree with over 5+ years of industry experience
- Fluent with MS Office products – specifically PowerPoint as you’ll create and present to executive team & customers
- 20-30% travel required: Domestic & International to Corp office, US sites, customers, trade shows & conferences.
- US citizen / Perm Resident status
OFFERING: Visibility & Growth with an attractive Base Salary + bonus + car allowance
LOCATION: Seattle region, reporting to US HQ 1 wk a month
