Job Description

We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER experienced with build-to-print Precision Machining requirements (high mix / low- med volume) in the Aerospace / Defense industry! This PE owned organization is growing rapidly via acquisitions and new contracts with Tier 1/ Tier 2 & OEM’s.

For this “highly visible” role reporting directly to the divisions President, we need a “Hunter” capable of capturing new business for 2 locations within the in region, manage existing customers’ needs and define the group’s structure and processes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Business development / Account Management for an Aerospace / Aviation / Defense organization preferred

Precision Machining / CNC of aircraft parts: Sheet Metal fabrication - Welding - Deburring - CAD/CAM etc...

LOCATION: Must currently live in the Los Angeles, CA region
