Job Description

We are looking for a PLANT / SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER for a rapidly growing $20M build-to-print Machining organization in the Riverside, CA region.

This well established 30 year old organization is growing rapidly via new contracts with Aviation & Aerospace Tier 1/ Tier 2 & OEM’s!

We’re searching for an experienced leader to manage the growth of this high mix / low volume environment. In this “highly visible” position you will lead a team of 5-6 direct reports with 50-60 total.

Define and implement Lean manufacturing initiatives & Continuous Improvements, analyze KPI’s & metrics
Evaluate & improve capacity throughput, equipment, materials & inventory
Experience managing ISO9001 requirements (AS9100 is a plus)
US Citizenship / Perm Resident status

OFFERING: Attractive base + bonus $ + great benefits

LOCATION: Must currently reside in the Riverside, CA region - no relocation package w/ this position
