GNR has been “confidentially” retained to identify an experienced SENIOR DIRECTOR of OPERATIONS to lead this $100M division of a large, publicly owned DEFENSE organization in the Chicago region.

This is a “highly visible” role with a rapid succession plan in place = take over as GM in 6-9 months!!

We’re looking for an individual experienced with Aerospace / Defense manufacturing requirements with strong business savvy & finance / operations leadership to develop long-term growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum $50M P&L experience & budgeting
Experience managing Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering / CNC Machining / Production / Supply Chain & Materials
Experienced with FAR / DFAR / IFRS requirements
US Citizenship required
