GNR has been retained “confidentially” by an exciting organization in the Denver region in need of a DIRECTOR of HUMAN RESOURCES for this well-established and growing DEFENSE division in a niche sector that’s making a difference!
If you’re looking for a seat at the executive table, we need a “hands-on” leader who can be a strategic partner & trusted advisor to the executive leadership team – reporting to the CFO.
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated individual to manage the organization's entire HR functions. You’ll manage and mentor a small team and develop/execute HR strategies that align with company objectives and culture. Accountable for the following;
- Compensation & Benefits packages
- Employee Relations & Culture
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- HR Operations & Compliance
Requirements :
- Management of an HR team for a DEFENSE TECHNOLOGY engineering & manufacturing organization
- Ensuring operational excellence across talent management, compliance, compensation, employee relations, communications, organization structure, and workforce planning.
- Accountable for workforce policies and employment federal labor regulatory requirements and audits including DoD Security clearance requirements.
- 10+ years of progressive HR career experience with a BS / MS / MBA Degree
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR Certification is a plus
- US Citizenship required
