Job Description

GNR has been retained by a great privately owned, 50-year-old Defense manufacturer in the Seattle region in need of a leader to run $$M programs and an engineering team for their critical components used on battleships, submarines, Navy vessels, aircraft carriers and more!

As the DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS & ENGINEERING you would manage all requirements for a key-critical DEFENSE program, run schedules, manage costs & risks, leadership skills to run a team of 25-30 engineers.

Define SOP and identify a secured area within the facility specifically for this program.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Business Development & Finance to capture customer requirements.
US Citizenship + DoD Clearance required

OFFERING: Attractive base salary + Bonus + Great benefits w100% medical + Relocation (south of the Seattle area)
