We are searching for an exceptional GENERAL MANAGER to lead a $60M division for a global manufacturer of Satellite Electronics & Ground Stations.

This division has a healthy backlog of programs: full R&D through production and delivery to commercial and defense customers.

You should have proven strategic team leadership with a background in running a Defense Electronics operation with 100+ employees.

*Run all Production needs from R&D through delivery

*Define group structure, revamp for growth and shape the direction of the organization.

*Implement change to best practices and policies.

*Partnering with the President, you will streamline internal & external communications with all depts as well as a “shared services” group at HQ.

*US Citizenship / Perm Resident status required

OFFERING: Very Attractive Executive Compensation ( base + bonus + LTI's ) and Relocation package
