Job Description

GNR has been retained by a large DEFENSE / AEROSPACE leader in need of an experienced MANAGER of CONTRACTS for their Northeast division.

This is a “highly visible” role within the organization & a succession plan is in place for you to move into a leadership position running a team of 6 in about 3 years.

We're looking for an experienced individual that can handle complex $M Government / Defense, Aerospace manufacturing contracts : review bids & proposal development, SoW req’s, risk mitigation, documentation, and analysis.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Government Contracts & FAR / DFAR requirements
Contracts experience within an AEROSPACE & DEFENSE product based manufacturing environment - NOT "services" based
US Citizenship required

OFFERING: Attractive base salary + Bonus + Great benefits + 9/80 work week + relocation to the Philadelphia area if needed
