LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER - DEFENSE / MILITARY Mfg
Job Description
We have been retained by a well-established, $70M Defense manufacturing division in the Fort Lauderdale region that needs an experienced PROGRAM MANAGER for their MILITARY SEGMENT.
Due to tremendous growth and new DEFENSE contracts won, this position requires an individual that can establish the PMO infrastructure, update all policies and procedures, risk mitigation, manage Defense contract compliance requirements, scheduling etc...
- You will report to the Site Manager and manage all program activities full-life-cycle.
- Collaborate with BD / Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure that program requirements and deliverables are met.
- Proven Leadership skills and experience to influence change
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- DEFENSE / AEROSPACE manufacturing of products background
- Strong full life cycle Program Management experience, ensure compliance to program requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks
- Mil-Std's, AS9100 experience / knowledge
- US Citizenship / US Permanent Resident
- Bachelor's Degree in "technical" engineering field
