Job Description

We have been retained by a well-established, International Aerospace & Defense manufacturer that needs an experienced PROGRAM MANAGER to run DEFENSE & MILITARY programs in the St. Louis, MO region.

Due to growth, this position requires an individual that can manage DEFENSE / MILITARY programs full life cycle: from engineering – development – production of custom mechanical systems!

You will report to the Director PMO and manage all program activities full-life cycle.
Collaborate with BD / Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure that program requirements and deliverables are met.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

DEFENSE / AEROSPACE / MILITARY manufacturing of products experience: mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronics etc. (NOT CYBER, SOFTWARE OR IT related)
Strong full life cycle Program Management experience, ensure compliance to program requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks
Mil-Std's & AS9100 experience / knowledge
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's Degree
