GNR has been retained to identify a SENIOR MANAGER / DIRECTOR of ANALYSIS & METROLOGY for a well-established, internationally known, 50+ year old advanced materials organization.

We need a LEADER that can guide and motivate a two great teams and expand on their CHEMICAL METROLOGY systems.
Your background must come from manufacturing or testing environment related to: Chemicals ~ Advanced Materials ~ Pharma ~ Semiconductor ~ Biotech type products.
- Reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate with other departments on initiatives & company goals to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Manage 10-12 team members: evaluate, mentor, and grow the team.
- Develop a roadmap for future metrology technologies & analytical processes used in chemical & material processing and ensure capital equipment needs.
- Improve current policies, procedures and processes.
- Define & hand off calibration & instrument maintenance programs and processes to production to ensure standards are met
- ISO17025 compliance & regulations experience
- Degree in a Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Analytical, or Materials field with 10+ years
