SITE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR opportunity for an Aircraft MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) division in Atlanta.

This is a "highly visible" role for a globally known and respected organization, with exposure at the Corporate level.

This growing $50M+ division needs an experienced Aviation leader to manage all operational needs & P&L.
You will manage and mentor teams (approx. 20 members) within Production, Operations, Quality, Facilities, EHS, Procurement, etc...
Improve the infrastructure, policies & procedures, engage & mentor teams, improving communications…

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum 10 years Operations experience within the AEROSPACE / AVIATION MRO industry
Manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems, industrial components, CNC machining, highly technical maintenance & repair services.
P&L responsibilities of at least $30M
Excellent Communications skills & ability to influence change, make an impact on the business and grow the bottom line
US citizenship status
