Job Description

GNR has a SITE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR opportunity for a small but growing Machining / MRO division in Atlanta for a globally known and respected organization.

This is a highly visible role for a $50M+ division that needs a great leader with P&L experience to manage all operational needs for the site.

You will manage and mentor your teams (approx. 20 members): EHS, Procurement, Production, Operations, Quality, Facility etc..

Improve the infrastructure, policies & procedures, engage & mentor teams, improving communications

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Min 10 years Operations experience with any of the following: manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems, industrial components, machining, highly technical maintenance & repair services.
P&L responsibilities of minimum $30M
Excellent Communications skills & ability to influence change, make an impact on the business and grow the bottom line
US citizenship status
