Job Description

We have a great privately owned, 50-year-old manufacturer experiencing tremendous growth in need of a SOFTWARE / FIRMWARE ENGINEER & CONFIGURATION MANAGER!

This well established and rapidly growing organization manufactures motion controls that interface with electro-mechanical valve actuators for critical industrial & military applications.

In this “highly visible” and critical role you will own all SOFTWARE / FIRMWARE configuration requirements

Collaborate with Senior Electrical, Software, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineers and conduct design studies and write reports on each phase of software development.
Create Software and Firmware that controls and provides user and communication interfaces to electromechanical valve actuators
Journal revisions & changes to software code structure
Verification plans for major software functionality and administer source code management and revision control system and SVN vault.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years’ work experience with Software / Firmware design

US Citizenship & ability to get DoD clearance required

OFFERING: Attractive base salary + Bonus + Great benefits + Relocation package, if needed (south of Seattle area)
