Job Description
We have a well-established division of an International organization that’s significantly growing its US presence. This small group needs a technically savvy and ambitious individual that is “customer facing” to partner with existing Aerospace, Aviation & Defense customers to provide insightful and innovative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPERIENCES:
- Ability to take programs full life cycle; define & translate customer requirements into value-added product(s), able to review schematics/wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Collaborate with in-house resources (Sales, Engineering, Procurement) to ensure timely responses to quoting, development to deliverables.
- Experience with box level electronics interconnects, wire harness assembly, electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS) applications. Ideally, flight deck instrumentation/controls.
- Working knowledge of Mil-Std, FAA regulations, ARINC 429, ARINC 629
- BS/MS Engineering/Technical field + Minimum of five years’ work experience specific to product/project/program engineering in the defense/aviation sector
LOCATION: work REMOTE with the ability to travel to CA facility, customer sites & trade shows (approx. 25%)
