            <description><![CDATA[<p>GNR has been retained by a well-known and respected international&nbsp;<strong>Aerospace / Aviation MRO</strong>&nbsp;service provider in need of a&nbsp;<strong><u>SITE GENERAL MANAGER</u></strong>.</p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>Weâre seeking a&nbsp;<strong>business savvy leader</strong>&nbsp;to manage&nbsp;<strong>Operations&nbsp;</strong>and a<strong>&nbsp;P&L over $340M</strong>&nbsp;for one of their largest US sites. You will create and execute a&nbsp;<strong><em>strategic vision</em></strong>&nbsp;and initiatives to drive change to increase site performance and delivery.</p>  <ul>  <li>Manage a very competent team of 7 direct reports & over 400+ indirect members.</li>  <li>Collaborate with other division GMs and the Corporate Executive team to&nbsp;<strong>facilitate innovations</strong>&nbsp;&&nbsp;<strong>influence change&nbsp;</strong>that will continue the growth of the organization.</li>  <li>Capture key metrics to monitor Continuous Improvements, cost reductions, ROI, product quality and customer deliverables.</li>  </ul>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:</u></strong></p>  <ul>  <li><strong>Min 10 years of leadership specific to Aircraft MRO / Components services&nbsp;</strong>for Commercial or Defense environments.</li>  <li><strong>Managed full operational responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>with a P&L / budgetary over $100m</li>  <li>Proven ability to influence change, mentor and coach individuals to promote a rich culture.</li>  <li>US Citizenship status</li>  </ul>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p>&nbsp;</p>  <p><strong><u>Offering Executive Compensation Package</u></strong>: Attractive Base + Bonus + LTIP + full Benefits + Relocation package (<strong>PA / OH / WV region</strong>)</p>]]></description>
