*** This is an ON-SITE / HYBRID position that REQUIRES you be in the office at DETROIT HQ a few days per week to lead the team, so living in the region would be beneficial to commute ***

Reporting directly to the US President, you will be responsible for developing Sales strategies to drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships & lead teams to capture additional market share.

• Manage & mentor a growing team of approx. 10: Account Managers & FAEs throughout the USA.
• Collaborate with Corporate Executives, Regional Directors, and Marketing department to effectively communicate product roadmaps, ensure successful product launches, and align go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor performance of partners, ensure they are educated on the product portfolio and application(s).

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE needed:

• MUST HAVE 10+ years of SALES LEADERSHIP in the SEMICONDUCTOR sector like Chips, MCUs, Computing Security, Battery Mgmt, Imaging/Sensors, Power Electronics

• Experience partnering with distribution partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and manufacturer's representatives.
• BS/MS/MBA - strong technical background / engineering degree preferred
• Strategic thinker, monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• 50% travel to Corp office, customers, distributors, & rep locations – initially upward of 75% to get established.
• US Citizenship required

We need a LEADER that can guide and motivate a two great teams and expand on their CHEMICAL METROLOGY systems.

Your background must come from manufacturing or testing environment related to: Chemicals ~ Advanced Materials ~ Pharma ~ Semiconductor ~ Biotech type products.

• Reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate with other departments on initiatives & company goals to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Manage 10-12 team members: evaluate, mentor, and grow the team.
• Develop a roadmap for future metrology technologies & analytical processes used in chemical & material processing and ensure capital equipment needs.
• Improve current policies, procedures and processes.
• Define & hand off calibration & instrument maintenance programs and processes to production to ensure standards are met
• ISO17025 compliance & regulations experience
• Degree in a Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Analytical, or Materials field with 10+ years
